Inclinde pull up - 10 nia. mr ong force me. So i kept trying lo.
Standing boardjump - 178 . ((: got 1 time test time when mr ong doing other things i jump 180 sia~ haha nvm lah. Then when only trying when mr ong there also 180+ but hand touch floor not counted. then nvm loh(:
Sit & Reach - 47 cm. My leg bend i think? but mr ong never see. Cause he kept saying push push push then i just push then idk if my leg got bend
